At GARDENIZER.APP, we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. However, because our service involves instant access to AI-generated images and digital features, refunds are limited.
Free Trial / Initial Purchase: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you have generated fewer than 5 images.
Recurring Subscriptions: After the initial 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period (no further charges will be made).
Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund only within the first 7 days of purchase, subject to the usage limit above.
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Technical issues that prevent the service from working as described (after our support team has attempted to resolve them).
Billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amount, etc.).
If the service was not delivered as promised.
We do not issue refunds for:
Change of mind after using the service.
Dissatisfaction with the quality or style of AI-generated images (as they are creative suggestions based on artificial intelligence).
Requests made after the 7-day window or after exceeding the usage limit.
Any credits, generations, or features already consumed.

Provide your account email and a clear explanation of your request.
We will review your request within 5 business days and respond accordingly.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
