These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") define the conditions under which users (hereinafter "the User") may access and use the services offered by Gardenizer (hereinafter "the Service").

Gardenizer is a web application that transforms outdoor spaces into landscaped gardens using artificial intelligence.

2. Acceptance of T&C

Use of the Service implies full acceptance of these T&C. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service Features

- AI-powered garden design generation from photos

- Garden and plantation management

- Plant disease diagnosis

- Personalized weather alerts

- Smart maintenance reminders

- Community gallery

4. Registration and User Account

Access to certain features requires creating an account via Google OAuth. The User agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers a free plan (limited to 3 designs) and paid plans (Basic, Pro Monthly, Pro Annual). Payments are processed securely via Paddle. Users can cancel their subscription at any time from the "My Subscription" page.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated designs belong to the User who created them. The source code, design, and Gardenizer brand remain the exclusive property of the publisher.

By publishing a design in the community gallery, the User grants a non-exclusive license allowing public display of that design on the platform.

7. Personal Data

Gardenizer collects and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Collected data includes: name, email address, uploaded photos, location data (for weather), and usage history.

Uploaded photos are used solely for design generation and are not shared with third parties.

8. Use of AI

Recommendations generated by artificial intelligence (plant choices, designs, diagnoses) are provided for informational purposes. Gardenizer cannot be held responsible for results obtained from applying these recommendations.

9. Liability

Gardenizer strives to ensure Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The publisher shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the Service.

10. Modification of T&C

The publisher reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes.
